Shad’s total hits $4.5 million
The automotive aftermarket’s annual golf tournament to benefit Muscular Dystrophy Canada has hit a pretty big milestone. More than $170,000 was raised this year, bringing the cumulative total, over the past 42 years to a whopping $4.5 million.
Shad’s R&R organizers proudly announce the total amount raised since the first “Regret & Remorse” tournament in 1973.

More than 240 golfers hit the links for a good cause yesterday.
Brad Shaddick was master of ceremonies at the golf tournament founded by his father Fred in 1973.
It was a full house at Station Creek Golf Club in Gormley, Ontario
This year’s total – $170,000 – will be donated to Muscular Dystrophy Canada.
