HELLA, Inc., the North American aftermarket subsidiary of automotive lighting and electronics supplier HELLA, has developed a new technical online portal, HELLA Tech World, offering technical knowledge and practical tips to service facilities. Professional automotive technicians can use HELLA Tech World to gain more product knowledge and information as well as address vehicle-specific problems during servicing and repair. This new and valuable information tool was launched at the 2013 Automechanika Show in Germany and is now available to independent U.S. service facilities and technicians.
HELLA Tech World combines comprehensive expert knowledge with technical information on product and vehicle-specific problems that may be experienced during servicing and repair. It contains more than 1,200 vehicle-specific diagnostic and repair tips, as well as numerous technical videos related to the HELLA competence sectors including lighting, electrics, electronics and thermal management.
The portal features an intuitive user interface and fast search feature so that information can be found directly and easily. It also contains comprehensive technical know-how for further training. The specialist knowledge acquired can be checked at any time using the integrated online training covering seven different areas.
