PartSource Announces New Ontario Stores Coming This Summer

PartSource has announced that it will open six new stores in Ontario this summer.
The addition of the new stores will increase the number of Ontario stores to 19, an increase of almost of 50%. This also brings PartSource’s national total to 39 stores.
PartSource will introduce the 7,200 square foot stores in three communities – three in Ottawa, two in London and one in Sarnia.
“After seven consecutive quarters of double-digit sales growth, we are excited to continue PartSource’s success by expanding to serve our Ontario customers,” says Bruce Allen, president, PartSource. “Our sales growth is directly attributed to a focus on customer service, aggressive commercial sales and improved operations.”
These projects make a significant investment of approximately $9 million and are the first to be built in their respective cities. The new stores will create about 90 new retail jobs.
“These new stores offer an attractive opportunity for franchisees who love the auto parts business and who are interested in using our successful PartSource concept to offer customers a highly customized shopping environment,” says Allen. “We are looking for potential new franchisees who can contribute to PartSource’s success in these communities.”
PartSource is a chain serving do-it-yourself automotive enthusiasts and the commercial auto parts market (professional installers). Each store is staffed with experienced auto parts professionals and licensed automotive technicians who share the customer’s passion for cars and trucks.
PartSource will choose new store staff based on their ability to help customers with all their auto parts needs. In addition, the new stores will provide many jobs for workers in construction and their sub-trades.
