“Increasingly, our customers are turning to the CRC website and social media to find information and tips on how to use our products. Therefore we are focusing our efforts on communicating in a way that best suits their needs. Video is a very powerful tool for training,” said Dori Ahart, CRC marketing manager, Auto/Marine Division.
Following a brief product description by the host, each video features inserts or cutaways of the product being used by an ASE-certified technician.
“This adds further credibility and authenticity for those of our customers that are automotive service professionals, as well for DIYers who are looking for a trusted, reliable information source,” Ahart said.
Although primarily designed to be informational and instructional, the videos also include elements that are meant to build brand awareness, loyalty and excitement among CRC’s current and potential customers. For example, the CRC product packaging that is familiar to many users features prominently in the visuals.
Produced by Florida-based Youngquist and Company, all videos can be accessed at www.crcindustries.com, on YouTube atwww.youtube.com/crcauto, or via social media sites.
